Deposit Policy :
Short term renters up to a 1 month stay require a 50% reservation deposit due at time of booking.
Long term renters up to a 90 days stay require a 25% deposit due at time of booking to reserve specific dates.
A $ 100 non-refundable pet deposit is required. Only pets up to 20 lbs .will be considered. Pets must be on a
leash at all times and certain rules must be followed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :
If for any reason, the guest cancels this agreement more than thirty (30) days from the date of
arrival, the reservation deposit will be refunded excluding a 25% cancellation fee. There are no
cancellations permitted within 30 days of guest arrival date. All monies paid will be forfeit.
Failure to pay the final balance in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation
